At Thermal Pallet Cover we manufacture products for shipping and transporting temperature sensitive items.

Our state of the art converting equipment was designed and built by us with the intention of producing packaging materials that are functional and economical.

We laminate closed cell polyethylene foam in a variety of thicknesses to metallized film.  Our custom built machinery produces covers up to 72" in length and infinite width.

The thermal protection achieved in the foam/foil combination is equivalent to what you would get with polystyrene, at a fraction of the cost, not to mention the space and freight savings. The rolls and covers can be reused and recycled which is environmentally prudent and much less of a problem for the customer on the other end that receives the product.

We also have tri-lam capabilities which means we can add a third layer of high density film to the inside of the cover for added strength. The foam thickness we use most commonly is 1/8" and 1/4"; We can however convert 3/32" for light duty applications and 1/2" for extreme applications.
